Message: I am IMPRESSED. I brought my 2015 Grand Cherokee in for headlights to be replaced. They had to remove the whole front bumper cover off to properly access the headlights. I had knew that they might have to do that. I also had some damage on the left side of the bumper cover. The technician took the time to partially remove the dent and put the bumper cover back on better than it was when I bought it in. They did not have to do any body work but they did. All auto shops should take a page from their playbook.

Message: Greenville, NC is notorious for nails. I used to live here but have moved. I was in town visiting friends and on my way out of town Sunday night, I picked up a nail and my tire was flat flat. I had heard good things about Pugh’s so I had my car dropped off there.. I sent the manager, Jim, an email and he called me first thing in the morning! The entire staff at Pugh’s on Memorial was extremely helpful, kind, and efficient. They gave me a good deal on a new set of tires (mine were biting the dust). I am so thankful that they were able to get me all fixed up and back on the road with safe tires.. Definitely go to Pugh’s if you need any kind of tire service!

Message: It was my first time to visit a Pugh’s Service Center, as a customer. I am very familiar with the automotive businesses and sometimes my expectations maybe a little too high. Well I must say my expectations were exceeded! Although I had a fair light visit, I had the chance to listen and observe a few other customers during there visit. I was very impressed with the entire operation of this “service” department they professionally provided 1st class service. Polite, accommodating and patient with each customer I saw. My experience as you can tell was superb and my impression of the staff with other seemed to be the same. Facilities were fresh and clean.. just top shelf all the way! I highly recommend Pugh’s for any automotive maintenance or repairs.
