Message: They were GREAT! I thought I was not able to get my tire plugged, because the dealership stated that it could not be plugged, which would have cost me over $230 dollars for one tire. Which I have a Nissan not Maxima! But anyway this company was able to plug my tire and saved me lots of money! Thank you Blacks Tire, and God bless you, and I wish you more abundant blessings as they come. I will recommend your company to each and everyone I know! THANKS ONCE AGAIN!

Message: The Service that I received was fine, BUT, I made an appointment three days prior to taking my car in. Had it their at 11:30 as I was told. I was told 1 to 1 1/2 hours to rotate my tires ( that I bought from them as I always do ) a oil change & a front end alignment, & they were right on time with that, but it took them exactly 1 hour to take my car back, so a total of exactly 2 1/2 hours of just sitting & waiting. I personally think that with an appointment that was to long of a wait. After an hour & my car still sitting there I got up to tell them that I was leaving when I saw a man getting in it to pull it into the bay to get started. The staff was friendly enough, the wait is my only complaint.

Message: I like the people that work there and the environment is as comfortable as can be for the type of business it is. I like how they are able to explain things so I understand. They are not pushy and trying to sell things your car doesn't need. They actually found an error, and fixed it, on my brakes after being replaced by a dealership. My only complaint is about time. It always seems to take longer to do a job than what they say, even for an oil change. However, that seems to be anywhere you go. The location on Owen is the one I trust and plan to continue using as needed. A big thanks to all those that work there!

Clay, the service technician, is very knowledgeable and always willing to thoroughly explain your vehicle’s issues and the fix. 5 Stars for sure!

Message: Love this place, I mainly use the blacks on Owen drive. Been using them for 2 years now. Mr. Mike is very nice. Brandon does awesome work, he is very friendly and always answers my questions. Clay does awesome work as well. Mr. Dustin is always very friendly and always takes the time to answer my questions.

Message: I'm usually a good judge of character but after going to pick up my vehicle and asking a simple question I found Mike to be very disrespect and dismissive to me as a woman when he raised both hands in the air and in a higher than normal voice said I'm not going to argue with you when I asked about the change in the amount told over the phone and the amount on the bill for the labor charge due to them saying that I didn't need a starter, than the labor should have changed as well. I am pleased with the work, my car is riding better but the relationship with him has ended. My recommendation is to get it in writing before the work is done so that you don't leave feeling taken advantage of. Especially as a woman. Praying for him and his customer service, God is able to change his heart. Trusting God, blessings to you Mike. God loves you inspite of.
