Message: It was refreshing to see women working there who were able to help you and who knew just as much about helping you with your car needs as the men. Message: Woke up and my car wouldn't crank. I knew I needed a new battery because it wouldn't hold a charge and it was on my to do list. Well after using my portable battery charger to jumpstart my car, my kids and I drove less than two miles up the road to the closest Advance Auto Parts. Mr. Kenny C. found the right battery, offered a warranty, and installed the battery in record time. I was able to get my kids to daycare and get to work safely without any reservation about whether or not I was going to have any more issues with my car. Mr. Kenny C. helped turn my day around! My Dad always counted on Advanced Auto Parts to meet his needs and I know that I can too!

Message: Went this morning to get a new battery for my son's car after Wal-Mart had a 2plus hour wait. And I'm so glad I did. The young lady that assisted me was awesome. She explained all the choices and warranties. Was friendly and just gave great customer service. I'm so sorry I don't remember her name.
