I'm over 8 hours away in Alabama found the exact truck I was looking for with them as in make model interior buying used sometimes its hard to find one like you'd order new. Well they had one I sent a message within min got a return email starting dealing with Ryan over the phone I could tell by the pics and all the truck was in great condition but still put alot of trust in it being everything they promised. It was that and even more I was in and out about an hour they couldn't have been more helpful and honest. I highly recommend these guys for any vehicle needs even if you are 9 hours away. lol.

Message: I live in Virginia and own my own business. Both of my work trucks broke down within a couple weeks of each other and I was no longer able to work. I looked everywhere for a new work van and finally found one at wholesale motors. It was 3 hours away from me so I was worried it would sell before I got there. John Turner was the salesman I spoke to. He didn’t even hesitate when I explained my situation and he said I’m taking the keys with me. The van is yours until you tell me you want something else. I drove up and looked at it and a couple others. I liked the one I had originally looked at. The door was a little out of alignment but not a big deal. I figured I could fix it myself but John immediately took it when I left and had it fixed. We worked out the price and I told them I would be back the next day to get it. My bank messed up the loan details and tried doing a personal loan for a commercial vehicle (which apparently they couldn’t do) so it ended up taking 3 days to work out the loan. I was afraid they wouldn’t hold the van for me but every time I called or text John to explain to him what was going on he just said thanks for the update and let me know if I can do anything to help. He waited patiently and gave me plenty of time to work everything out and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I finally got the loan figured out and bought the van. It’s been a huge asset to my company and has made me much more efficient. The whole team at wholesale motors were awesome to deal with and I’ll definitely buy my next van from them. It’s not often when buying a vehicle the salesman don’t push or make you feel like you have to make a decision that minute or the vehicle is gone. They never did anything close to that. I kept waiting for them to say we can’t hold the van any longer but they never even mentioned it. They made sure the vehicle was what I needed and that I had plenty of time to work out all the details.

Message: I can't recommend Wholesale Motors more. Chris, Nick, and John were ALL super spectacular this weekend. I was able to communicate with Chris via text and get additional pictures throughout the week to make sure it was worth my drive from Fayetteville. After test driving and final negotiation, my father and I took a another car he was wanting to test drive to lunch while they worked on the paperwork for my deal. We came back and my father made an offer and we ended up taking two cars home that DAY! To put icing on the cake, my dad mentioned his car was a little low on fuel. Chris filled his tank up.. AND I realized I left my garage remote in my old car and Chris drove back an hour and half after they closed to let me get those. I have a couple post sale things I am getting taken care of and will update this review after those are complete but I wanted to make this review to let everyone know how well we were treated.
