Message: We love this business. I pulled in to the The Oil Exchange a few years ago when I was price shopping for for a repair I had been told was needed for my very old minivan. The first thing Lynn asked me was how did I know that was the needed repair? They proceeded to find the real problem, which was not what I had been told elsewhere, then they found another problem, and the whole repair cost less than the original, unnecessary repair. The shaking problem with my van was resolved, and this car is still on the road thanks to Brett and Lynn’s persistence, patience, honesty, and integrity. We have a few older cars, and they have put a lot of time into helping us with all of them. We’re very happy with their willingness to talk through and work with tricky problems. They are up-front if the problems are complex, costly, or even need to be taken care of elsewhere. This is a small business and you won’t always get them on the phone immediately like at a large dealer with a pool of service advisors, but you won’t have to question their honesty, either. Their communication and timing is wonderful. I would seek out this business over a large dealership service center any day.

From the kindness, understanding and mechanical knowledge alone, I would have returned. But their honesty is what threw me for a loop! If you want good to honest truthful people who are thorough and professional, this is the place to go. They’re not out to make a huge profit, convince you to get work done you don’t need or sell you a lie. My son had a major issue with his truck for over a year and Brett was the one that FINALLY figured it out. They always make sure they return our vehicles repaired properly and safe (as if they were putting their own daughter in it). Additionally we have had work done on two other cars at The Oil Exchange and referred many friends who were beyond thrilled with their services. A+ service, knowledge and prices.

Message: Dropped our truck off not knowing it was a simple fix like a bad battery. From the moment I called I felt welcomed and appreciated. Lynn is very sweet and listens to you. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is top notch. Would definitely return and recommend!
