Message: Shout out to Jamie and the service team. On Monday my car decided to act a butt. It was a software glitch and I was left stranded. I’m was panicking but they helped to calm me down and made the impossible possible. By today (Wednesday) I had my car back good as new. This was the first time I had ever bought a brand new car and I am beyond happy with the peace of mind that Mercedes gives its customers and I am beyond happy that I chose Mercedes of Fayetteville to deal with. Also, the older lady that works at the front counter. I’d like to give a shout out to her as well because when I called crying and upset rather than get upset with me in turn she personally walked over to try to get me help. Thank you so much.
