Message: Jenni Inman went above and beyond for my car buying experience. My family and I had to make the trip from Myrtle Beach to get the car, so she stayed a bit late helping us I believe. She was very knowledgeable about the process, making it super easy and hassle free. She helped us figure out some of the Mazda features that we did not know about before we left. Beyond that, I will embarrass myself and admit that I cried in the bathroom, because I was trading my first car in. She saw me and talked to me to calm me down, which I appreciated so much. Being an 18 year old girls therapist goes far beyond standard customer service expectations and I think that really shows how much she cares for her customers. Jenni is an amazing asset to your team and I absolutely love my CX-5!

Message: I love the people i have dealt with at Flow Mazda in Fayetteville! The service department with Carolina, Rebecca and Kristi are all great. They care about the customer and they do a great job. I have taken my car there for service for over 10 years now. I just bought a CX30 and Carmen White was my sales lady. She was no pressure and was fun to work with. She showed me all the options they had there for the vehicle I wanted. Then when I chose the one, she showed me all the bells and whistles and spent as much time with me as needed. Carmen guided me through the entire process. Everyone was pleasant. They even helped me clean out the car I was trading in! It’s like a family affair there. Highly recommend all these ladies!

Message: Kelly Coleman - what a star! Fair prices, quality service and exceptional communication.. Trade-in --. I came in knowing what I wanted was elsewhere and she, along with her team somehow did the impossible. After being misled three times, from multiple dealers- about having a vehicle and then upon arrival, being told it just sold -- this was going to be my last push. After meeting Ms. Coleman, I knew she was genuinely trying to work with me. How fast things were handled, the professionalism, and overall communication was above and beyond. I was able to save time and money by not traveling to a sister dealership, and the car was delivered within 24 hours. Message: Amazing experience dealing with the staff at this dealership. Right from the start, Stephen Sergent gave me the best lease pricing on CX-5 without any back and forth. He also diligently worked with Mazda to figure out the details of creating a business lease as I was leasing the car under my company name. Responsive, friendly and professional is what I would say about Stephen.. At the dealership, I worked with Kelly Coleman. She was friendly, patient and professional. She explained all the features of the car and went over all the documentation. I had to wait for the car as it was “in-transit” but on the day of delivery Kelly offered to stay extra hour just so she could meet my family and finish the transaction by answering any last minute questions. Nothing but phenomenal experience from start to finish.. Abby in Finance was great to work with as well. She explained clearly all the documentation that required signatures..
