Message: There is a reason that Ed's Tire on Hope Mills Rd stays so busy -- Lady at front desk was very helpful and took her time to understand my issues. Needed 3 new tires installed and other work done -- vehicle was then re-inspected and ready to go with no further delay.

Message: Arrived here at 8am and asked for a tune up and oil change. There were 3 people ahead of me. It's now 11am and I was told it was done. When quoted the price, it was only $37. 95. Then I was told only an oil change had been done. The Tune up was the PRIMARY reason I came here. The oil change could have even waited another 1000 miles, but we have lots of driving coming up so better to err on the side of caution and get it done. I was writing a review that explained I was told I was being put back at the bottom of the waiting list, but that was just revised. They are doing the Tune up now. Was originally going to give 2 stars, but will revise to 3. Will revise again once it's done and I can verify the Tune up has been done.

Message: I received excellent service. They were friendly, honest and informative. As well as helped me expediently as was possible, solve my auto problem that kept causing my vehicle to fail the emissions test 3x. Even letting me come back with my car 5 minutes before closing on a Saturday to finally pass the emission test. Very pleased customer!
