Message: Upon entering I was immediately greeted by the friendly counter ladies.. My service technician was Mike. I was very happy with his service and he actually came out to the waiting area with a printout of the specs of my car, and took the time to explain to me that I DID NOT need everything done that I initially thought I needed.. I thought to myself, how many shops will actually be honest enough to tell a female who knows nothing about auto mechanics that?. When Mike returned my car to me & I was on my merry way, I was satisfied beyond my expectations of how well it handled.. The finalized invoice was also a lot less than that "other shop" down the street had "quoted" to me that I've been patronizing for years.. Needless to say I will be patronizing Blacks on Raeford Road for here on out! Thx again Mike for doing an Awesome job fixing my car! These are going to be my new technicians for now on!

Message: This location is top tier! Management and staff were so kind and patient! I Went to this location for a state inspection the place was packed with customers and i was still helped in a very timely manner i was in and out within 30 minutes tops! Best location in Fayetteville.

Message: I always took my car to the dealership for service/repairs until they began charging additional outrageous fees and failed to keep me updated. Being fed up, I looked at reviews and took my car to Black’s Tire on Raeford Rd. I told them what the dealership said the problem was and Mr. Brown agreed to take a look at everything and perform tests for a proper diagnosis. It required a minor fix, but soon became inoperable. Even though this was beyond their control, Mr. Brown took the vehicle and performed the required repair for a fair and reasonable price. The service was prompt and professional. They kept me updated on what was going on. From now on I will use this business for my vehicle service needs.

Message: Quality work without the bombardment of 'Up sales' tactics. You take your car in,. tell them what you would like or what the problem is and your out.. I have 3 vehicles they look over and my sons when he is in town.. Keep up the good work.
