Message: Really would like to give a shout out to Kyle. I have been working on tracking parts for about a week between auto zone and other stores. I finally got the main part and was missing hardware which they don’t make a kit so Kyle helped us track down part numbers and located all the parts we needed. He brought out the whole assembly just to make sure they worked together so I don’t have to turn around for the 3rd time tonight. Customer service was excellent, his knowledge on the parts and the items he wasn’t sure he looked up to make sure it was correct. Did not complain or make it seem like it was a bother to him as some people in the world do when they are helping. I will say if possible keep him at your store as that type of employee will always keep customers returning no matter a price difference or not in stock.. And if you see this Kyle thank you and continue to be a great person.
