Message: I go to return some pliers and I'm told that I need the original packaging. I did not have it so ok my screw up. The lady precedes to tell me they also show wear(in an area of the pliers I did not use). I tell her I was using them to take the back of a watch off and then she tells me "You used them to cut wires, I can tell". Really! I have no issues with not being able to return them but don't basically call me a liar to my face.
