Message: After only owning my new Chevy Traverse for a month or so, I received an alert both in the vehicle as well as an email that I needed more air in a right rear tire. i immediately drove right into the service area and had a very nice gal find that a nail had been driven into the sidewall of my tire. She right away got my spare "donut" tire installed, ordered a new tire and it came the very next day. I drove in at 7:30am the following day and they put my new tire on immediately and the cost was even less than she had estimated. Bam! All done very quickly and easily! What fantastic service!
