I came in to get a new battery, and with hesitation because I don't always get good customer service from maintenance shops/car retail stores but this time was very different. Message: The other Advance Auto stores need to send one employee a day to train in this store. Customer service is first rate! Donnie sets the bar high, I have seen two young employees become exceptional counter men in less than two years. All the staff go out of their way to find the right part, match prices and do a good job installing batteries, bulbs and wipers. With over 45 years in auto repair, I have shopped around. All other stores could learn a lot from these guys (gals too). There is a reason the store is busy and has a loyal customer base. They really do go out of their way and respect the customer. Way to go! Quality parts too (and cheap ones)/ Special on Tesla spark plugs today only.
