In the times of this Political war we all are going thru a extra gallon of oil may be the reason you can't pull a load for the lack of it. I have been a long time customer of MHC, after they purchased Cooper Kenworth 15 plus years or so. It’s hard to find great customer service and someone that continues to keep you updated on what’s going on. With covid going around as it was they managed to get me straight and back on the road. Message: Dealt with William in the body shop. What a breath of fresh air! Professional. Polite. Communicative. Things that unfortunately are not an everyday occurrence at dealerships these days. He stayed in touch with me from start to finish. After dropping my truck off I added a couple of small little additional repairs. Message: I had a great experience with MHC in Durham. Had my truck towed to dealer, the service manager Greg Waterman greeted me when I arrived. We discussed the issues I was having, from there Nathan ( service writer) took over communicating with me until the truck was put into the shop. Buck (shop foreman) took over and kept me informed throughout the repair process. Buck got me 8n and out in record time, communicating with me the whole time. This is how things should go. I'm an owner operator (paying the bills) I would highly recommend this shop.
