Message: The team coherence here at Flow Volkswagen is amazing! I've had the pleasure of working with the many service advisors and various people within the the company. And can honestly say that each individual I've encountered were delightful, indeed. During my most recent visit, I worked with David who is just so amazing and my service advisor was Hunter. This young man was so concise, precise and very professional. He really made a difference while conducting business during my visitation. Message: The oil pan and gasket needed to be replaced under warranty because the pan was reported to be distorted. This was likely caused by one of your techs when the gasket was replaced at your shop a few years ago. Also, the receipt said the car was washed and it wasn’t. Also, the issue with the lock seems to be fixed but all the receipt said was “latch”. Not sure what the problem was. Other than that, everything was good.

Message: We just had a great experience here buying a new ID. 4. Walter, Verlinda and Chavis were so pleasant, professional and knowlegeable. So was another semi-finance man we spent a few minutes with initially, but I don't remember his name. They were not the slightest bit pushy or overbearing, just provided information and served as a resource for us. They only gave us accurate information and didn't string us along like other VW dealerships did. We will look forward to seeing them again to say hi when we bring the car back for tire rotation as they all had great personalities and were fun people as well. Message: I had been searching for this car for a few days and found it here about an hour before they closed. I felt awful but Pete Rubio was amazing an assured me if I wanted to test drive it I could. After driving it I knew we had to have it. Everyone was incredible, walking me through the process and helping contact my bank to get everything done smoothly.
