Message: We needed a new battery for my son's Ford Fusion. Our battery was 3 days past warramty. The manager there, Ada, at Auto Zone was awesome! She honored our warranty and charged us nothing for a new battery. We could not believe it! All the associates there were so helpful and friendly! I highly recommend this location on Hillsborough Rd! Message: Jennifer is my go to at the Hillsborough rd store in Durham. I have a 2017 Toyota Highlander, I was changing the oil and this car has a plastic oil filter housing and mine cracked! I take it to Autozone Jenny was busy, I will wait, as she becomes available I show her this oil filter housing and she says give me a minute next thing I know she comes back with a new one Dorman brand and it’s aluminum! No more plastic! She is amazing and knows her stuff!

Message: Great experience! Bought a car battery, they installed for free, and did a great job. Carlos cleaned up the terminal attachments, and used anti-corrosive stuff on the new terminals. Great service. I only speak English, but most of their employees are bilingual, as a plus to Spanish-speakers.
