Message: Experienced, knowledgeable staff. Aisles out front offer good selection of the basics as well as some harder to find items. Keep a fair amount of anything else you might need stocked in the back, within reason. This isn't exactly a giant store, so you can't realistically expect them to have every single thing on hand at all times. If they don't have a part you may need, they'll search for the nearest place to get it. The employees can only do so much, so anyone has had issue with their ability to get a part for you or get the right part for you, it would be great if you went in with a clearer understanding of what you need and to be able to give more than a vague description of the automotive problem so they can actually assist you better. The only gripe I've ever had is that I've not been able to get anyone to answer the phone, but I got over it quick. Two/three employees that were either serving other customers in store or busy with their maintenance duties near the end of their day at the time doesn't warrant my getting uptight that they didn't break their necks getting to the phone.
