Message: Ordered cams/valve springs a while back. Took longer than expected and to be ready for this season i would not have had time to have them installed. Emailed the owner, explained I was requesting a refund. He responded quickly, and while refunds are usually not accepted(these are custom made parts) he was able to sell my specific items to someone else which allowed for him to process a refund. (I got lucky, he worked with me).. Not saying you'll be able to experience the same in the future but at least the owner did his best to make the situation right and for that 5 stars all the way.. Thanks.
