Message: I contacted Ken Wilson Ford in regards to a 2020 RAM 2500 that they had in stock. I spoke with Tim and explained to him my situation and how this truck fit what I was looking for. Tim took the time to send me all the additional details I needed on the truck. Which made for an easy in person buying experience. Tim had the truck detailed and sitting right out front when I arrived we went for a quick test drive and completed all the necessary documents in a timely manner. There were a few issues with the truck after purchase that I notified Tim of and he assisted in getting the issues corrected. All in all I'm happy I made the 8 hour round-trip drive to purchase this truck and impressed with the level of customer service I received from start to finish. I would recommend Tim and Ken Wilson Ford to anyone as they are definitely worth the drive.

Message: I got a bolt in my tire on I40 & it was going down fast. I had no other choice but to pull into Ken Wilson, & I'm so happy I did! Daniel Warren, my service advisor, immediately put me at ease. The (clean & comfortable) waiting room was packed but I was in & out in a very reasonable time. He kept me updated the whole time, as he did everyone else waiting. I will be heading to Ken Wilson from now on for my service appointments. My Bronco thanks you, Daniel!

Message: The best car buying experience I have ever had. Jody Bell was absolutely amazing, the nicest & most honest car salesman I’ve met. He went out of his to make the buying process easy. He was very upfront with the minor body work issues and actually fixed most of them before I bought it. I live hours away from the dealership and Mr. Bell was very attentive with the phone calls and even delivered the car 4 hours to my location. He really went above and beyond with customer service and sold me the exact car I wanted.
