Message: Josh (JD) and his team at NTB are awesome professionals to say the least. The vehicle check-in was easy and the service desk was patient and understanding. What distinguishes this NTB from others is the phone call I received from JD about the issues with my 2010 Toyota Prius. JD explained everything in detail of what he thought the issue was with the noise. Also when I arrived and spoke to JD, his professionalism was better than most! He showed me the front end of my vehicle and explained what was possibly causing the noise with the CV Axle and showed other areas that should be repaired for the longevity of my car. I will definitely be using their services for all of my vehicle repairs in the future. Top Notch service!

Message: My trip to NTB on Albemarle Road was stress-free and pleasant. The new store manager Mikhail Lopez got me in with an appointment less than 24 hours after I called about getting a nail pulled out of my tire and repaired with a patch.. I appreciate the honesty and communication around what was going on with my tires/wheels – that I didn’t actually need an alignment (they tested it) and that the nail had not gone through my tire, so a patch and patch payment were not necessary.. Instead, mechanic Kyle Westrick used the time I was there to complete my annual inspection, rotate my tires and refresh some taillights. All under my expected budget.. I appreciate their good humor and cheerful personalities plus efficient service!
