Message: I went in the first time to talk to them about getting a new set of tires. I was surprised when I walked in and saw 20+ sets of keys/orders on the counter. Despite being so busy, the gentleman I spoke with took the time to walk out to my car and inspect my existing tires and talk with me about the wear pattern on them. We then walked inside and he offered me some very reasonable affordable options. But I was wanting to replace the full set and already had my eyes set on a few options. He ordered me the tires I wanted and in a few days contacted me to have them installed. I dropped off my vehicle that morning before work and I picked up my vehicle after work. They did offer to pick me up to get my vehicle being I worked nearby. Everything went smooth and I've been very happy with that set. Recently it was time to have them rotated. They had informed me that they rotate the tires for free when I purchased them. It was also time for an oil change and I learned that they also provide that service. I walked in and there were a couple of people already there so the lady at the counter explained that there would be a wait. I was ok with that. That had made the offer of dropping off my vehicle or an appointment. Their appointments are about 2 weeks out though. I was probably there for an hour or two. I was pleasantly surprised when they were done and I paid the bill. The service was very reasonably priced. The tire rotation was free as they had informed me. On the bill, it indicated that they had even checked my brake pads in addition to topping off fluids. So, if you want a good service center you can trust, but are willing to sacrifice the convenience or time then this is your place. And now I understand why they had so many keys on the counter. Others have come to recognize their great customer service and quality work. I will continue to take my car here in the future.

Message: Noticed a screw in my tire but wasn’t sure if it went through. They told me to arrive when they open because they were booked. They took my car back within a few minutes of arriving and had me out in under 30 minutes. Friendly and professional. Would highly recommend them.

The folks up front checking you in are so nice, concerned and will actually get a mechanic to talk with you about your issues with your vehicle. The mechanics are top notch and everyone at Cedar Point Tire are there to serve their customers. Can't say enough.. THANK ALL OF YOU!
