Message: Colfax trailer does an amazing job. They fitted our 5th wheel RV and our 3500 Ram to pull our new Dual Swivel Wheel Trailer that transports our golf cart. They are a great company and provided awesome service. We highly recommend them.

He was honest about my options and what he recommended not trying to oversell something I didn't need and got it in and out quicker than I would have ever expected. Message: John with Colfax Trailer was very helpful in our time of speedy repairs. We had purchased a used trailer in Colfax, NC and prior to heading back to Missouri we had 3 wheel studs that where broken and in need of replacement. I figured we would be there for hours delaying an already long trip home. John had us in and out in roughly 30 minutes, checking all of the other wheel studs and tire pressure as a courtesy. I would recommend Colfax Trailer Repair at the highest level.

Message: I installed a hitch on my SUV a few days ago, the service was impressive they are very courteous and professional, the installation was easy and the quality of work amazing, days after the installation I notice that the electric plug was too low and may be a problem when driving on uneven roads, I called back and they didn't hesitate to tell me "Bring the car back, we will make sure that you are not going to have that problem and you will be satisfied". Let me tell you, they did look at my specific situation and found a great solution for it, didn't charged me anything for the labor just for a piece needed to adjust my connector.. The customer experience they provide is second to none.. Highly recommended!

Message: OUTSTANDING! They installed a hitch receiver on my CR-V for a bike rack. I couldn't be happier. They were able to schedule me in quickly, the job itself only took 30 minutes, the price was great, and they have excellent customer service. I honestly can't think of anything negative to say. I highly recommend this place. 10 out of 10, would go again.

Message: Saved my vacation! My 7 yo daughter and I were on our way to meet friends at Kerr Lake for the weekend. The tire on my pop-up camper went rolling down the interstate. 1. 5 hours later, the tow truck delivered us to Colfax Trailer. Wow, was I ever lucky. The guys wanted to help, they told me they’d work me in as an emergency. They did this even though it was close to closing time and the start of their weekend.. Tabitha found my the part I needed, John and Todd went to work on putting a new wheel hub on and attaching my spare tire so I could hit the road. They showed me the parts that were bad and explained what I needed. I’m actually going back next week to get the special brakes put back on (those had to be ordered).. Colfax trailer are my heros. I wouldn’t have made it to the camp that night and my daughter would have been so disappointed. She was looking forward to our vacation, counting down the days.. I’m so glad I found these guys. Shout out to Jimmy Barber from Assist Patrol who pulled over to check on me and recommended Colfax Trailer. Had he not, I would have gone to Camping World for service. I was dreading going there as I knew they would tell me, leave your pop-up we’ll get to it sometime next week.. So nice to have a establishment like Colfax trailer who treated me like a human and displayed great empathy and compassion for my situation. I highly recommended Colfax Trailer. I know they are my new go to for service.
