Message: Had a bolt in the tire and needed a replacement. Will was awesome to work with! He took the time to get me a great deal and warranties on my tire(s). Needing to replace a tire unexpectedly is never pleasant, but Will made the experience much better than it would have otherwise been. I’ll ask for him next time I have tire needs in this area, for sure!

Message: Today after coming from another Discount Tire location that I always went to for the last couple of years, I left because unfortunately I felt that my business was not wanted. I drove over to the other side of town where I found this Discount Tire location by chance. From the minute I walked into the store the customer service was a breath of fresh air. The women and men in this store hustled non stop to get every car finished in a timely manner when I was there. I watched them and I wish I could remember all there names, but I can not. I need to be clear, everyone at the counters and inside the tire area where they put on the tires was 100% hustle. You all where amazing. Thank you for the wonderful wind shield wipers and new tires. It made a difference. Thank you.

Message: Summary: quick service, great pricing, nice people! Great experience with Kev. Went to get my tires changed and showed up earlier to appointment; they were ready 30 MINUTES ahead of time. Sadly I had lost my key for the tire lock. Kev assured me that if I found it they would accommodate me - he even gave suggestions on what to do to solve the issue (since this was something outside of Discount Tires' area of helping).. After resolving the lock issue, they were able to get my tires changed SAME DAY. Was in and out in well under an hour.. Recommend this specific location to anyone who's able/willing to make the drive.

Message: Am I obsessed with Discount Tire?? I don’t think I’ve ever been happier spending $1000+ on tires… it started with the online experience. I am shocked at how well-built and seamless the UI was to schedule an appointment and identify/compare the proper tires online. Once I arrived for my appointment the next morning, I was greeted at my car and the service was completed right on time. Everyone was so friendly and polite along the way! Will absolutely return to the N Tryon location for any future tire needs. Well done!
