Message: Had a great experience at University Volvo. Raven, the service advisor, is very professional and nice. My car service was completed faster than quoted. I scraped one of my rims up and had a rim repaired and it looks as if a completely new rim was placed although it wasn’t. Very impressed with the work on my vehicle. I have been impressed since purchasing my vehicle about 2 years ago from Univeristy Volvo!

I purchased the car sight unseen, via text message with Daniel. Once I made it to the dealership to pick it up, I spent about 3 minutes signing the paperwork with AJ and was out the door with my new car. I won’t go to another dealer. They are the best.

Message: I visited University Volvo to buy a Volvo XC 60 ultimate 2023. The people out there made the process super simple and easy. I just visited once and rest all things completed through mail and phone. They sold the car at very lowest price. I felt they give high priority to customer satisfaction other than profits. Alton and AJ helped me in entire processing and they nailed it. The staff were so polite, professional and friendly. I would definitely suggest Volvo buyers to visit university Volvo before going to other dealers.

Message: We purchased a Polestar 2, and the purchasing experience is slightly different than a classic purchase as more is done online ahead of time.. For us we had to drive over from North Raleigh, as there isn't a Polestar dealer yet in the Raleigh/Durham area. To be honest, if the nearby Volvo dealer was a Polestar dealer here in Raleigh, we'd have driven anyway.. With it being a Polestar purchase 90% of the work is done online, we found the car we wanted, pushed some buttons on the web page and then got a call from them setting up the purchase. I will say Tesla has the online experience down - unless you have a question or a concern and then you're in limbo. Where the Polestar website was a little unclear/glitchy the dealer contacts made up for it and then some when you called and had a question on what's next, etc. Tesla if you just are doing a transaction would probably be slightly better but if anything is wonky it breaks fast. So all in all this hybrid do 90% online and last 10% in person was a better experience for us.. With the way things are right now typically the dealer experience isn't great because they're in the driving seat as people need cars and they're in high demand. I didn't feel that pressure here, there wasn't some huge push to upsell a bunch of things, in fact several options were recommended against. I've had many dealers try and push plans on you and when you're buying an EV a 'maintenance plan' is like two windshield wipers and an air filter over the first five years.. If you need a Polestar, or even I guess a non-EV Volvo (joking) this is a great place to go visit and get taken care of.
