Message: My wife shopped here today for a new headlight. As she was waiting, a mean lady came in and waited for 2 minutes and then got angry with the staff because they didn’t drop everything (including the customers they were with) to serve her. She exclaimed that “this place has the worst customer service” before storming out. A very nice employee then not only helped my wife find a headlight, but also got her the correct tail light and windshield wipers. 5 stars, thank you.

They are attentive to make sure that they get the right part to meet your needs and pay attention to share items that you may have slipped your mind that you may need to complete your project. Message: I arrived at this location 5 minutes before closing time for a new battery for my caravan, and I received the BEST help ever! The young African -American male ( I believe his name was KIERON) that checked me out on 05/16/2022 evening was EXTREMELY helpful! He asked all the questions needed for the proper battery, he helped carry my old battery, he made sure that I received credit for my old battery, and he even gave me some reviews on some of the batteries to help me choose the best battery. He attempted to take the handle off of the battery for me also, and he gave me tips about keeping corrosion off of my new battery, etc. I can tell that this young man cares about his job/customers. He wasn't grumpy, and he and the other lad didn't turn me away when they could have.. given that it was almost time for them to get off work. Nonetheless, the cashier went above and FREAKING BEYOND! I'll be back for sure!

Message: I've been to this location 4 or 5 times, and every staff member I've encountered has been great. Everyone is professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. I recently purchased wiper blades, and the young lady at the register came out and installed them for me. Every visit, every purchase and every interaction has been pleasant. Kudos to the team on Hankins Road.
