Message: Jeremy was courteous, professional, and treated us with respect (everyone here did honestly). He worked with us on the price, and I feel he and the management team worked to get us a price we were very comfortable with.. Everyone in this process is top notch… Jeremy, Izzy, Derrick, and Tom.. What really impressed us more than how we were treated was how they handled our problem after we took delivery of our vehicle. Tom personally took care of us and fixed the problem the next business day. The service personnel here are equally impressive! A1 people and A1 service! I have no problems recommending them and have already told multiple people to shop here first.

Behind the scenes there are obstacles and challenges at every turn from vehicle diagnosis, parts availability to the overwhelming work flow schedule. We went to get a car for a family member and it was a great experience, we had to wait a bit to be helped as they were busy but once they understood what we were looking for they were very helpful. Natalia, our saleswoman, was great, very kind, helpful with understanding the overall process and very professional. The financial manager was also very friendly and helpful.
