Message: I purchased a vehicle here a few days ago and had a great experience. I found their car on Autotrader and inquired about availability/info. I spoke with Judy and she was very professional and helpful during our conversation (answering all of my questions). I live in Wilmington NC and I was researching a specific SUV that is pretty hard to find these days. After discussing the vehicle I decided to make the trip with my family (wife and toddler) the next day; beforehand I called Judy and explained our situation with traveling and it being a 5 hour drive one way. After agreeing on the price of the truck she promised to hold the vehicle until I could get there later the same day. Upon arriving at their location Judy had the truck pulled in the shade to keep cool; it was 90 degrees that day. I was eager to check it out and the condition exceeded my expectations. The pics online looked good but doesn't every car look great on websites. Test drove the truck and started doing paperwork when I got back; the whole transaction from arrival to departure might have been an hour total. Smooth and easy transaction. The vehicle was perfect for us and we are satisfied with our purchase. As a side note- if you are looking at a vehicle here online; I quickly looked at some of their vehicles out of curiosity and they carry really clean inventory. Conover Auto Sales has been in business for over 20 years in their area. I recommend doing business here; good customer service, we got a fair deal and they appreciated our business. Oh yeah I almost forgot- NO DOC fees- Bonus!
