Message: The team here is wonderful. I showed up an hour before closing and they stayed late to take care of me. The mechanic was very attentive and took care of a problem that my dealership and others could not that I had been on going for four years (nissan rouge single tire ware and siezed alignment). I know places can be busy but this one is worth the wait.

Message: I've been a customer of this Firestone store for several years. Over the past few months particularly, they have gone above and beyond my expectations on three separate occasions, each time treating me with honesty and genuine concern for my situation. Instead of upselling me, they've saved me close to $200. Other maintenance shops seem to look for ways to minimize the savings as a result of warranty work. Rance, the Service Advisor I've been working with, has gone out of his way to find any possible savings. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Message: I dropped my car off at the store around 2pm today without scheduling a service for a flat tire repair. There were a lot of work going on and Rance promised me he would deliver the car at the same day. I got my flat tire repaired by him around 7:30pm because all of his employees had already left the store because it closes at 5pm. He promised that he would deliver the car today and he did it. Thanks for the commitment and amazing job!

Message: Rance is the manager. He and his staff were wonderful. I really appreciate how things needed were explained so I could make the best decision for my situation. I never once felt pressured or upsold on any services for my car. What a great experience!

Message: I scheduled an appointment after I called during the week and I spoke with Robert (Rob). He was very nice and professional, he gave me the quote for installing (labor) and balancing new rims (I brought them) on my current tires. I couldn't believe when he said about $50 (all four, plus taxes and NC fees). Other places, like Chapel Hill tire, not too far from Firestone, asked me $267! I arrived to the appointment about 15' earlier, Rance helped me, super nice guy, always smiling and listening (same with the other customers), even it was a Saturday, the process was very fast and again, I'm still surprised by the price, the total was $64 (my new rims didn't have the valves) and the place and staff are top of the line. My tires are still good, but I'm sure I'll return to buy new tires when I need them.

Message: We have a small RV needing tire replacement. Service has been an issue for us in the past as many shops are reluctant to put the vehicle on a lift.. Artie, the Service Manager at Firestone, had a different attitude. He said, "whatever we need to do, we'll make it work". He and his team quickly went to work and put on our new tires, using a floor jack, instead of a lift. Everyone there was polite and communicative. Artie was extremely personable and efficient. He had excellent rapport with his staff.. Excellent experience! Above expectations!
