Message: Superb service! After an astronomical quote from another mechanic on repairs that I needed, Goodyear was able to take a second look and charged me half the price and pointed out something that I didn’t even need fixed! The work was completed on the same day and they found me a coupon to use as well. Derick and John were caring and supportive as I was very distressed about the repairs that were needed and the potential costs. I highly recommend Goodyear and have made them my official mechanic.

My issue was found to not exist. Instead of taking my money, Mr. Turner was honest and therefore my visit cost me zero dollars. Needless to say I was in travel mode. Message: After limping down the shoulder lane slowly of i85 on a late Saturday afternoon for a few miles with a cut sidewall, we pulled into this shop. They didn't have the somewhat unique brand & model tire our almost new car came with but they had one that got the job done, all said for less than what a tow bill or uber ride home would have been. They took care of us from pull in to drive out in about 45 minutes. Polite, friendly and helpful. (Only way it could have been better and five stars would be if they had the brand and type of tire on the car. ).
