Message: I have been going to discount tire for 10 years in GA. Went to this location hoping to have the same experience and they did not disappoint. Great service. Great crew.. If you need tires- go here! Pro tip: go on line to make an appointment. If you just walk in you may have a long wait.

Message: I feel like part of the Discount Tires family every time I go there, to get my tires rotation, purchase tires for mine, or my family behicles. Explaining the choices and/or when the tires need to be replaced.

Message: I bought the tires and made the appointment to have them installed online. I showed up 10 minutes early as the website suggested. I was met in the parking lot by the attendant who confirmed by order. I hung out in the mall for an hour and got updates via text, which was nice. Once it was done, I came back and picked the car up. No need to sign anything. Super easy. One of the best experiences I've had getting tires installed. I only gave 4 stars though, because while the service was great, the tires were very dirty, which stands out on a newly washed car. This is the only time I have had tires installed that weren't completely clean and new looking when they were installed.

Message: You cant beat their prices but don't count on them for wheel balancing. What I have noticed is their wheel balancing is not as accurate. ok for lower speeds but once you go higher than 75 miles, for me, has steering wheel vibrates. I have had then change tires 2 times in span of 6 years and both time I had to go somewhere else after tire change to get my wheel balanced properly. They had this free wheel balancing program, I am nnot sure if they still have it but no matter how many times you get the wheels balanced from them, the issue stays.

Message: I had a bubble in each of my passenger side tires. I'm not from Charlotte and I don't live in Charlotte, so this situation was very stressful and could've been a nightmare. I had to get this done in only one day. These guys at Discount Tire took in my car immediately and got a set of two new tires installed in less than 45 minutes. Definitely avoided having to be in Charlotte an extra day, AND I was able to get to work on time, thanks to their speedy (yet careful) work! 10/10, would recommend to everyone.

Message: Discount tire had the tire we needed when many other stores did not have it in stock. They held the tire for me over the weekend and had it fitted in 40 minutes first thing Monday. Knowledgeable and extremely polite employees who know their business. Highly recommend this company.
