Message: I have purchased Nissan vehicles since Carolina Nissan first opened and will continue to do so. My Sales Rep is & will continue to be Bo Carter. Bo is a straight shooter & while I did not know him until I purchased a Nissan from him, I did know Charlie Crenshaw as we were business colleagues & friends for many years. Charlie recommended Bo & that advice has served me well. The Service Division has an excellent staff as well & if & when an issue occurs, it is always resolved quickly--this is extremely important. Noting that there are seldom issues! well.

Message: The staff was very friendly and helpful this visit. The car issue was resolved that day which was great especially after being told it would be days before the car would be looked at. Main reason that I said I wouldn't purchase from this dealership doesn't have anything negative to do with this dealer, but my husband's family owns a dealership and we purchase our cars through them.

Message: I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, when I called to make an appointment they told me there would be a charge for the rotation. I have never been charged for that. I did tell them I was on the maintenance plan and it was ending around August, everything should be at no charge. When I arrived this morning, I mentioned it should be no charge but I understand the free maintenance would be up soon. When they checked me out, as usual they tried to charge me 97. 00. I did remind them this was suppose to be my last free service. They went back and checked and came back with a zero balance. The gentleman apologized. This was not the first time this has happened and they said it wouldn't happen again the last I was in. Amber was by herself in the service department trying to do the best she could, I think some of the salesman were pitching in to assist her. It was nice in the past that you would come in and see familiar faces. I'm thankful Bo Carter is there but everyone else I knew are gone. I have purchased many cars at Carolina Nissian and my husband has as well. It's just been in the last couple of years that I'm not as pleased as I have been. I feel communication between departments would help.

Today I met with Craven and Germaine about possibly trading my Rogue for a newer one. Both gentlemen were extremely nice and I appreciate their time and information.
