Message: This place doesn't seem very reputable if you go up there and you don't know alot about vehicles pls be careful they seem to try and nickel and dime you to death instead of doing just the job they are asked. The work I have had done was good but they are kinda expensive.

Message: One if the craziest experiences I have ever been through dealing with my car getting a tune-up. Brought vehicle to Tire Tracs last Tuesday and drove it to Franklin this Monday. The check engine light pops up. Take it back soon as a drive it to Godwins it comes up again. Finally I take it back done spent all my time off getting one vehicle right. It took them five times to get my vehicle right on a simple tune-up. Ummm I think it's best for me to go back to Quick Lanes.

Message: Hands down some of the kindest and most honest people I've dealt with. I brought my 2006 chevy silverado in for tires and an alignment. Not only did they give me outstanding service but notified me about the compliance bushings beginning to wear. He suggested replacement in the future but never acted pushy about the sale. It was a pleasant and stress free experience on a "new to me" vehicle. Definitely the go to shop for myself and my family's future needs.
