Message: An excellent buying experience. All of the staff we worked with were friendly and knowledgeable. Christina S. and Erica were easy to work with online and over the phone and the bottom line numbers were exactly what they had quoted. Ken Powell was a pleasure to work with and he spent a lot of time showing us everything about our new vehicle. We traveled from Raleigh to take advantage of a great deal they had advertised. The vehicle was excellently prepped and ready to go when we arrived. We are folks who don't typically buy cars at dealerships due to all the sales games they play and the pressure to upgrade and buy extras. In fact this was the first new vehicle we have bought in 34 years, largely for that reason. We saw none of the sales games and pressure here and in fact it was a very pleasant experience.

Message: Best dealership I've EVER interacted with! Lost my transmission and was told it would be MONTHS before I could get a replacement. On top of that, the warranty company was refusing to cover a rental for more than 5 days. With the help of JD and Ken, I was approved for a SIX MONTH rental, but ended up getting the transmission replaced in a couple WEEKS. I'm definitely bringing my vehicle back for all it's needs! Message: I live in the Charlotte area and quickly found out that the local Charlotte Toyota dealers are all pandemic price gouging customers. That's when I started doing some research and found Modern Toyota offers great prices and does not take advantage of customers.. I reached out to their sales team and was put into contact with Tyler Gaddy. He made the entire purchasing process easy and pleasurable. They gave me a quote for my trade-in and estimated payments on the new 4Runner over the phone. I put down a deposit and drove 2 hours to the dealership.. The second I walked through the door they made me feel as though I already owned the 4Runner. Everyone was as friendly as could be with 0 sales pressure. I was in and out of the finance office in less than 10 minutes.. From the test drive to sales and finally the finance process, this is the first car dealership that made the buying process pleasurable. This is how all car dealerships should operate. I will be back to buy my next 4Runner here and I am glad to be a part of the Modern Toyota family.
