Message: Always fast, reliable, and friendly. Great service for fair prices. Unlike most mechanics I visit they don't "look for trouble". I go in and say I want an oil change, that's what I get. None of this well your blah blah blah *car speak* needs this. Nope, just the oil change followed by have a nice day now! Love this place!

Message: I had to have my son's car repaired while he was attending ECU. Ronnie (owner) got us in quickly, made the diagnosis quickly and had the car back to my son in a day. Super easy to work with and communicated with me every step of the way. It's hard to find mechanics you can trust, especially when you or your child is several hours from home. I will 100% trust Ronnie and his shop with any future repairs.

Message: Plaza Service Center should NOT be confused with the other plaza center- this one is the original, just in a better location.. I don't go anywhere else. Ronnie (owner) is honest, extremely knowledgeable. I am so grateful that he keeps my '98 Avalon alive, and running well. Message: I took both my wife's car and mine here to have them inspected on a Friday morning around 8 am. This is when they opened. I did not have an appointment. I showed up and was greeted quickly. Everything went smoothly. Both employees that helped me were very nice and a pleasure to work with. It took them around 10 minutes to inspect both cars. That's quick. I was finished in no time. I have no complaints. I will have our cars inspected here next year. Thanks and good job Plaza Service Center.
